Fronteras de la Historia is a biannual publication published by the Instituto Colombiano de Antropología e Historia (ICANH), which aims Disseminate results of recent research in Latin American Colonial history and theoretical and methodological reflections on the past. Although the principal issue of the review focuses on the history of the colonial period, our publication accept discussions that articulate this period with problems of the 19th and 20th centuries from a disciplinary perspective. Its abbreviated title is Front. hist., and it should be used in bibliographies, footnotes, references and bibliographic strips. |

Authors cede ownership rights to the Colombian Institute of Anthropology and History for the space of five years, in a contract that conforms to the author's rights law in effect in the country. Reproduction of articles may be permitted when and only when ICANH provides written authorization and/or once the contract term has been completed, in which case the rights of reproduction, alteration, and distribution are newly transferred to the author. In the latter case, it is the author who possesses the right to authorize or restrict use of the material. |
