ITECKNE is a journal published by the Engineering Division at Santo Tomas University - Bucaramanga, created in 2002. ITECKNE mainly publishes original scientific research and technological innovation articles; reflection and review articles are published on occasion. Also, case studies are published only when these present new methodologies to an unexplored specific case.

ITECKNE is dedicated to students, teachers, scientists and researchers in the academic, business and research sectors interested in the areas of Environmental Chemistry, Basic Sciences, as well as different branches of Engineering: Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Mechanics, Industrial, Civil, Environmental, Electronics, Systems and others related to Engineering.

Issued: every six months

Its abbreviated title is iteckne, and it should be used in bibliographies, footnotes, references and bibliographic strips.
