The Colombian Anesthesiology Journal, was created in Bogota, Colombia during the Latin-American Anesthesiology Meeting in 1973, as an division for scientific diffusion of the Colombian Anesthesiology Association. On the other hand, it was conceived as a channel of expression of the diverse academic activity that a group of universities developed in their Anesthesiology Specialization programs.Rev. Col.
