Revista Facultad de Ingeniería has been published since 1984. It is the official research journal of the School of Engineering, Universidad de Antioquia. The journal aims at promoting and fostering the publication of engineering research results conducted in Colombia and worldwide. The journal accepts original papers presenting experimental or simulation data in different fields of engineering and related disciplines.

The journal publishes two issues per year (on March and September).
