The journal is a publication biannual done by the Asociación Colombiana de Investigadores Urbano Regionales (ACIUR) together with the Centro de Estudios Políticos e Internacionales of the faculties of Political Sciences and Government, and International Relations of Universidad del Rosario through their program of Gestión y Desarrollo Urbanos Ekística. Revista Universidad y Empresa is directed towards researchers and scientists of social sciences in general that are interested on regional and urban matters.
