THE PRIVACY SHOW

RESUMEN: El presente artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación que gira en torno a la sociedad de la información hoy, las fuertes tensiones a las que está sometida, al tradicional consenso social sobre la modestia y el pudor. La comunicación se centra en el yo íntimo, en los sentimientos, mientras se hace cada vez más frecuente la exhibición descarada de la propia interioridad y una curiosidad morbosa, libre de culpa y castigo. Los medios de comunicación social [=MCS&] explotan sin reparos el filón de la intimidad, pisoteando con frecuencia el derecho a la privacidad. Los programas de telerrealidad (reality shows) figuran entre los preferidos por la audiencia.

ABSTRACT: This article presents the results of a research that revolves around the Information Society today, the strong tensions to which it is subject, the traditional social consensus on modesty and decency. Communication focuses on the intimate ego and feelings, while it is much more often the blatant exhibition of the own interiority and a morbid curiosity, free of guilt and punishment. The social media [SM&] exploit without objection, the gold mine of privacy, often trampling on the right of privacy. Reality T.V. programs (reality shows) are among the preferred by the audience.

SOCIO-DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE OF DISPLACED POPULATION IN ANTIOQUIA

RESUMEN: El siguiente artículo es un informe de investigación que recoge apartes del documento sobre el estado actual del Goce Efectivo de Derechos de la población víctima del desplazamiento Forzado en Antioquia. El artículo se centra, en particular, en establecer de manera estadística tanto el comportamiento anual del desplazamiento forzado desde 1997 como de algunos indicadores del conflicto armado en territorios vulnerables del departamento (reconocidos como aquellos sobre los cuales han recaído alertas tempranas). Para tal efecto el artículo da cuenta de la metodología utilizada para dimensionar el nivel de protección que cuentan los territorios, ofrece un balance de algunas afectaciones que vulneran la seguridad de tales zonas (acciones armadas, homicidios, eventos de minas antipersona) y establece el estado y alcance actual de la protección de tierras en Antioquia.

ABSTRACT: This article contains the main results of a research oriented to the carrying out of a demographic characterization of the population victim of displacement in Antioquia. In order to carry out a rigorous exercise that would pick up the conditions of life of this population, the research team designed a methodological strategy starting from the crossing of different official databases. Such a strategy enabled the characterization of reliable, up-to-date and verifiable data on more than the third part of the population.

HORIZONTALITY, EXPRESSION, AND SHARED KNOWLEDGE: AN APPROACH ON PSYCHOSOCIAL PROCESSES OF ACCOMPANIMENT TO VICTIMS OF POLITICAL VIOLENCE IN COLOMBIA

RESUMEN: Este informe de investigación recoge los resultados de una exploración sobre la naturaleza de las afectaciones de un grupo armado, lo paramilitares, en una región colombiana; este ejercicio ha sido la antesala para planteamiento de una investigación que, recientemente aprobada, se propone ofrecer pautas para dar cuenta de aquellos impactos de la guerra que puedan ser definidos como "daño colectivo". En este orden de ideas, este artículo se propone exponer de la los resultados de esta aproximación preliminar que, a la manera de un estudio de caso, permiten establecer los alcances y limites analíticos de las aproximaciones de este carácter para dar cuenta de la dimensión de los daños colectivos a partir de la inspección de los tipos y naturaleza de las acciones paramilitares en el Chocó y Urabá antioqueños, durante el periodo 1998-2006.

ABSTRACT: The following article presents a deep discussion about the processes of psychosocial intervention with victims of political violence, in the light of their life stories in a context of research on the role of memory in the reconstruction of the social fabric. The category of the psychosocial emerged as a result of these life stories and discussion groups and allowed a critical look at the intervention processes that take place in Colombia, from the voice and the testimony of the participants. Finally, it also collects proposals from this same voice, that of the people, and forms of action involving a revision to the individualistic, pathological, vertical, technocratic, and bureaucratic models of the action, to propose comprehensive and systemic actions for the recovery of dignity and the subjective transformation from participation, dialogue of knowledge, playful and performative expression, and horizontal relationships, mutual support and construction of citizenship and subjectivity of rights.

ETHNOGRAPHY, TERRITORY AND ARMED CONFLICT. UNA'S METHODOLOGY INVESTIGATION ON THE REGIONAL CONSTRUCTION OF THE PLAINS OF THE YARÍ (CAQUETÁ, COLOMBIA)

RESUMEN: El siguiente artículo es un informe de investigación que da cuenta del planteamiento de una Etnografía realizada en la región colombiana de los llanos del Yarí. El eje central de la investigación giró en torno al proceso de construcción territorial que han desplegado las comunidades campesinas de la zona.

ABSTRACT: The following article is a research report that realizes of the exposition of an ethnography realized in the plains of the Yari - Colombia. The backbone of the investigation turned concerning the process of territorial construction that the communities have opened compesinas of the zone.

THE ACTION AND THE PSYCHOSOCIAL APPROACH OF THE INTERVENTION IN SOCIAL CONTEXTS: CAN WE MOVE FROM THE FASHION TO THE THEORETICAL, EPISTEMOLOGICAL, AND METHODOLOGICAL PRECISION

RESUMEN: El siguiente artículo derivado de investigación, se plantea la pregunta en torno a una realidad que viene creciendo en Colombia: el incremento de los proyectos de intervención psicosocial en diversos sectores sociales, especialmente con víctimas del conflicto armado, violencia social, violencia de género e intrafamiliar, entre otras; además de población en situación de pobreza extrema, desplazamiento forzado y víctimas de catástrofes naturales. En relación con esta lógica de intervención y de acción, la reflexión académica aún sigue siendo escasa, poco clara y repetitiva de concepciones y disquisiciones internas de las disciplinas sociales, especialmente de la psicología. Por lo tanto, desde la experiencia de trabajo, desde la propia investigación y desde los procesos de acompañamiento psicosocial desarrollados por cerca de 15 años, el autor presenta una propuesta de reflexión, que implica una mirada desde el pensamiento crítico social y una postura que permita darle un marco a la acción psicosocial en una perspectiva emancipatoria.

ABSTRACT: The following article, derived from research, poses the question about a growing issue in Colombia: the increase in projects of psychosocial intervention in diverse social sectors, particularly with victims of the armed conflict, social violence, violence of gender and family, etc., as well as population in a situation of extreme poverty, forced displacement and victims of natural disasters. In relation to this logic of intervention and action, the academic reflection tends to be scarce, unclear and repetitive of concepts and internal disquisitions of the social disciplines, especially of psychology. Therefore, from the work experience, from the research itself and from the processes of psychosocial accompaniment for about 15 years, the author presents a reflective proposal, which implies a look from the social critical thought and a stance that allows to give a framework for the psychosocial action in an emancipatory perspective.

COLOMBIA AND GEOPOLITICS TODAY

RESUMEN: Este escrito de investigación, esboza los aspectos centrales que pueden ayudar a comprender la importancia geopolítica del territorio colombiano en la guerra mundial por los recursos, el punto de partida indispensable para entender las guerras de agresión contra los pueblos que hoy adelantan las potencias imperialistas, encabezadas por los Estados Unidos.

ABSTRACT: This research brief outlines the core aspects that can help understand the geopolitical importance of the Colombian territory in the world war for the natural resources, being the essential starting point to understand the wars of aggression against the peoples today, by the imperialist powers, led by the United States.

NETWORKS OF PATRONAGE IN THE MARGINS OF THE STATE

RESUMEN: Este artículo de investigación pretendo abrir un debate empírico y teórico sobre el clientelismo como característica de la debilidad del Estado en América Latina y en Colombia.

ABSTRACT: This research article aims at opening the empirical and theoretical debate on patronage as a feature of the weakness of the State in Latin America and Colombia.

THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PERSONAL IDENTITY AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SELF-AUTHORSHIP

RESUMEN: El presente artículo se propone justificar la relevancia de analizar el vínculo entre la identidad y la auto-autoría. Entendiendo la identidad, con base en las propuestas de Giddens (1997) y Ricoeur (1996), como una construcción narrativa realizada a partir de una reflexión del individuo sobre su propia biografía. En concordancia con el abordaje de Baxter Magolda (2004), entendemos la auto-autoría como la capacidad del individuo de dar sentido a sus experiencias basándose en sus propios valores y creencias. Así, argumentamos sobre las ventajas de esta integración para entender a los jóvenes, y tratamos de mostrar que el análisis de las creencias epistemológicas del individuo es fundamental para comprender la construcción de su identidad entendida como un proceso reflexivo.

ABSTRACT: This article intends to justify the importance of analyzing the link between identity and self-authorship. Understanding identity, based on Giddens' (1997) and Ricoeur's (1996) proposal, as a narrative construction starting from a reflection of the individual on his own biography. In accordance with Baxter Magolda's approach (2004), self-authorship is understood as the ability the individual has to make sense of his experiences based on his own values and beliefs. Thus, we argue about the advantages of this integration to understand the young people, and we attempt to show that the analysis of epistemological beliefs of the individual is fundamental to understanding the construction of his identity as a reflective process.

LEGALIZATION AND SOCIAL INCLUSION: 2OTH OF JULY NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF URRAO, SOUTHWEST OF ANTIOQUIA

RESUMEN: El presente texto es producto de la segunda fase de la investigación Caracterización Psicosocial Barrio 20 de Julio Municipio de Urrao - Suroeste Antioqueño, dentro del área de legalización, titulación y normalización del Barrio 20 de Julio y con el fin de hacer recomendaciones para el Plan Básico de Ordenamiento Territorial. Para realizar dicho trabajo se toma en primera instancia los antecedentes de la primera fase, segundo se presentan los objetivos y preguntas, en tercer lugar se presentan los resultados de investigación y finalmente se presentan las conclusiones aunadas a las recomendaciones.

ABSTRACT: The present text is the result of a second phase of the research called Psychosocial Characterization of the 20th of July Neighborhood in the Municipality of Urrao, in the Southwest of Antioquia, within the area of legalization, certification, and standardization of the aforementioned neighborhood. Its purpose is to make some suggestions for the Basic Land-Use Plan. In order to carry out such a work, the antecedents are taken into account in the first place; in the second place, the objectives and the questions are introduced; in the third place, the research results are introduced; and in the fourth place, the conclusions, along with the recommendations, are presented.

PRIVACY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN THE SOCIAL NETWORKS: THE COLOMBIAN CASE

RESUMEN: Los abusos que se hace del derecho a la información en internet y especialmente en las Redes Sociales Virtuales (en adelante RSV) son constantes y la posibilidad de restringirlos es mínima. Todo parecería indicar que en el mundo virtual no existirá la censura, pero se evidencia todo lo contrario. Muchos grupos de presión, entre ellos quienes buscan la defensa de intereses económicos, han instado a los gobiernos, como el colombiano, y a las empresas de la web (incluidas las RSV) para que constituyan mecanismos de control de todo lo que se difunde por internet y evitar atentados contra el honor, la intimidad y la propiedad intelectual, pero los métodos (legales o de facto) que se han implementado se convirtieron en una forma de censura de las expresiones creativas que reduce la disponibilidad de información y paradójicamente la libertad individual. Para demostrar lo anterior, en escrito se utilizó técnicas de estudio documental en los que se pudiera constatar la influencia de las RSV en el Derecho.

ABSTRACT: Abuses of the right to information on the Internet and especially in virtual social networks (VSN from now on) are constant and the possibility of restricting them is minimal. Everything would seem to indicate that in the virtual world there is no censorship, but there is evidence of the opposite. Many groups, including those who seek the defense of economic interests, have urged Governments, such as the Colombian one, and the Web companies (including the RSV) so that they constitute control mechanisms of everything that is spread via the Internet and prevent the attacks against honor, privacy, and intellectual property, but the (legal or de facto) methods that have been implemented have become a form of censorship of creative expressions that reduces the availability of information and paradoxically the individual freedom. In order to prove this, techniques of documentary study were used, in which the influence of the VSN in the Law, could be established.
