^les^aEn 2010, la acción pública de inconstitucionalidad cumplió cien años de haber sido adoptada en el ordenamiento constitucional colombiano. No obstante, con el paso de los años, esta institución constitucional ha ganado especial trascendencia y la interpretación restrictiva o abierta de su aplicación aún genera controversia, tal como lo hizo en 1910. De esta forma, a partir del inhibicionismo constitucional que ha sido desarrollado por la Corte Constitucional, esta noción surge como un concepto constitucional con argumentos, variaciones y efectos relevantes para el derecho en Colombia y para la misma acción pública. Por medio de los fallos inhibitorios, la Corte enriquece el contenido de la misma acción y va dando forma a su contenido, en función de principios.^len^aThe public action of unconstitutionality has expired in the year 2010, hundred years of had been adopted in the constitutional Colombian law. Nevertheless, this constitutional institution has got, as the years go by, many textures and manners of interpreting it, some of more restrictive ways and others more opened to the protection of rights, as it was the original idea in 1910. In this way, since the constitutional "inhibicionismo" that has been developed by the Constitutional Court, this notion, it arises as a constitutional concept with arguments, variations and relevant effects for rights in Colombia and for the same public action. We will see that by means of the inhibitory jurisprudence the Court improve the content of the action and is giving form to its' content, often depending on a few principals and often depending on others.
