^les^aA lo largo de este estudio pretendemos realizar una aproximación al régimen de las acciones de la SAS teniendo en cuenta su representación, transmisibilidad, restricciones a que está sujeta y diferente tipología, partiendo de su incardinación esencial en el capital social. Hemos hecho hincapié en el desarrollo de un análisis comparado de la legislación colombiana, que la confronta a la española y otras europeas (especialmente la alemana e italiana), para desbrozar horizontes, problemas y soluciones que el régimen jurídico de las acciones puede plantear en la práctica. El régimen de la SAS deja ciertas zonas en la penumbra regulatoria que pretendemos ahora esclarecer con las reflexiones e interpretaciones de este estudio que puedan ayudar a completarla y mejorarla.^len^aThroughout this study we make an approach to the structure of the SAS shares, given their representation, transferability, restrictions on itself and its different types, based on its essential incardination in capital of the society. We have emphasized this comparative analysis of Colombian Law, mainly with Spanish and European law, German and Italian especially, to clear horizons and problems that the legal norms of the shares can arise in practice. The SAS system leaves certain areas in regulatory semi-darkness. We want this study to provide reflections and interpretations that can help to find solutions to those problems.
