The study analyzes two precepts in the Spanish Constitution of 1978 that refer to different fundamental rights. An overview of each of these rights is offered, followed by observations on the conflicts that occur between them and indications as to how they can be resolved. It also looks at a range of jurisprudence that talks about these issues.

: Right to honor; right to personal and family privacy; right to one's own image; right to freedom of expression; conscience clause.
