SANCHEZ LOPERA, Alejandro. The outbreak of truth in Latin America. []. , 31, pp.49-61. ISSN 0121-7550.

The article outlines an affirmative criticism of Latin American philosophy, arguing that its weakness lies in its inability to meet its own consequences. It proposes an insubordinate thought, hostile to subjective or philosophical normality. Straying away from universalism, the text presents the question of the possibility of unruly thought, looking in from periphery, at a time when truth seems to agonize and radicalism is labeled as anachronistic.

: Latin American philosophy; normalization; Ortega y Gasset; liberation philosophy; Xavier Zubiri; Bogotá Group.
