AGUILAR CAVALLO, Gonzalo. Emergence of a Common Constitutional Law in America?** (Part II). []. , 26, pp.51-83. ISSN 0122-9893.

The Inter-American Court of Human Rights regularly addresses constitutional matters. It could be argued that the Inter-American Court carries out a constitutional function. Therefore, the law from the Inter-American Court tends to become a common constitutional law for States. The case of indigenous peoples can contribute to clarify this hypothesis. we consider that the Inter-American Court might be considered as an organ which carries out constitutional justice.
