CEBALLOS MELGUIZO, Ramiro. The right to resistance in Kant. []. , 16, 27, pp.105-125. ISSN 0124-6127.  https://doi.org/10.17151/difil.2015.16.27.8.

Kant emphatically denied the people's right to resist legally established authority. Nevertheless, this posture leads to critical difficulties on his conception of politics. This paper encompasses such issue, attempting to show the tensions resulting from such denial, compared to other ideas focused on his political philosophy and to the value he assigns to modern revolutions. Moreover, some relevant interpretations of these discussions are critically analyzed and a way to appropriately understand the sense and scope of Kant's point of view is proposed.
