The development of the rural villages has been little documented. It is difficult to find graphic information on urban planning or studies about the characteristics of the same, however with the growth of Brazilian agribusiness, such studies are needed to generate new proposals aimed at improving the quality of life of the rural labor and consequently of the agricultural production. Based on four case studies were identified and synthesized in this paper the basic characteristics of rural villages in Brazil, since the urban point of view and it was found that the concept of teamwork satisfies the conditions for the proper functioning of a rural villages, giving place the development of alternatives that have just synthesized in a projectual proposal that collects the basic urban characteristics of rural villages in Brazil.
