Present article corresponds to the analysis about 1972 architecture housing project built by the Credit Territorial Institute (ICT), in this particular case the question is to specify ¿which were the prime basics under which the Tunal Experimental was designed in all the different espacial scales? The approach was based by using some aspects of the history of the architecture, which have allowed, that the modern project develops its proposals. Review and analysis of architectural plans within the typologic scales, the grouping-urban establishment, along with the fieldwork, conformed the methodology applied. Standards were identified in the three scales, within the recognized Mat-building's warp and weft. An open system was identified, which components and relations allow different solutions, having as project generators elements, such as, the cube and the net, which are giving the possibility to conform different solutions to a house with yard over its height.
