CABALLERO-FULA, Henry. Agreements of Havana and indigenous territoriality. A point of view from the department of Cauca. []. , 26, 2, pp.95-102. ISSN 0124-7913.  https://doi.org/10.15446/bitacora.v26n2.59297.

From the beginning "nothing is agreed until everything is agreed". At the time, there has been progress in the Bureau of Havana in the resolution of diferents points, like the rural reform, victims, political participation and the solution to the problem of illicit drugs, and are seeking consensus on issues of the end conflict and countersignature and implementation mechanisms. In this regard, this article answers from the reading of the dynamics of the Regional Indigenous Council of Cauca, CRIC, to the question about this process is: would be posible that in the negotiations between the state and the insurgency don't be affect the autonomy and control of indegenous territories or agreements undermine their autonomy? On this matter, the CRIC values the political solution and raises a scenario opens whose outcome depends not on the agreements themselves but of the popular dynamics, which is expressed primarily in the Agricultural Summit and the joint capacity to decide on a own bet, as opposed to rural model advocated by the government.

: autonomy; indigenous; land use planning; peace agreements.
