The coherence between purposes is revised, equity and competitivity of the land model of Ventaquemada, with the land use norm framework and its application by sponsors who try to maximize land usage. For this, it uses a Lindenmayer generative based simulation and the procedurals applied in the environment of the CityEngine software, which obliges an explanation from the planned urban production process in small villages. The article centers its attention on the development of a methodology for the full buildability scenery simulation based on the Land Use Planning of the Ventaquemada village and its effect upon the land model showing some inconsistencies for granting the declared objectives.
