Abstract

STEIN BACKES, Dirce et al. Bonding professional-user: competence to act in the Family Health Strategy Team. av.enferm. [online]. 2015, vol.33, n.2, pp.222-229. ISSN 0121-4500.  https://doi.org/10.15446/av.enferm.v33n2.50418.

Objective: To construct and implement, through an academic nursing experience, a theoretical-practical nursing care method, capable of contributing to the nurse-patient bonding formation. Methodology: It is a qualitative study with characteristics of action-research, developed by students and teachers of the nursing course of a higher education institution, through the project Adopting a Family, which was systemized with theoretical-practical activities together with the community and based on one of the Nursing Theories. Results: It is shown that, in spite of the extreme vulnerability of several adoptive families, it is possible to promote dialogue, to establish the bonding professional-user; and impart knowledge that encourages family as protagonist of their own history. Conclusions: The theoretical-practical model developed constitutes an important technology of nursing care, capable both of creating the nurse-patient bond and of promoting the exercise of citizenship and social protagonism through valorization and potentializing of the different knowledges.
