Objective: Characterize the scientific production regarding sexual health of women with breast cancer. Methodology: Integrative review. A search was performed in databases Scopus, Medline, lilacs, and scielo; a secondary search in scientific journals was carried out. 85 articles were found with characterization by year, language, continent; mean age and types of treatment; methodology, perspective, approach, design, disciplinary approach, and thematic trend. Results: The topic of sexual health of women had a higher production in the last 10 years. The research trends are clustered in three categories: Sexual health and breast cancer; Women sexual health and treatment of breast cancer; and Sexual health and relationships. Conclusions: Sexual health in women with breast cancer is an important aspect of quality of life, continually altered as a result of disease and adverse effects of treatments, which is a condition that not only afflict the sick person, but also her partner. Therefore, the development of action lines to provide comprehensive care to women with breast cancer is required.
