Abstract

The interest is a polysynthetic phenomenon. Therefore you have to applicable a transdisciplinary reflection. Since the Old Greeks is the question of the utility. Concerning the perception there is an internal coherence between the reason, the intellect, the will, the knowledge and the act. The highest category of interest is the interest of mankind, in connection with the global problems of mankind an expression of the reason in our time (Ratio humanitatis universalitatis). That interest is standard and criterion for the other categories of interest and for the act of states. In philosophical view the commune bonum humanitatis is an expression of the interest of mankind. Regarding the realisation of state interests there is a furher frontier: the basical principles of international public law. The interest is a category fundamental of the sociology of the international public law. The present contribution is result of basical research with enlargement of knowledge.
