Abstract

Implementation of the model state legislation by the national elites that began in the late nineteenth century and lasted until the nineties when it was promulgated the new constitution was characterized by hidden social conflicts and armed conflict were to expand to more complex in the last decades of the twentieth century in the Colombian context, this strategy of concealment and interpret the confrontations as a public order problem was resolved by the law and state institutions without major consequences for the state and society by the political elites economic and affect the training taught in the faculties of law and social sciences, the first priority was teaching him the rule of law and in the latter theories from the central contexts away from the complex reality around them, only until the beginning of the nineties began appearing timid concern for social conflict, armed conflict and the relationship with legal pluralism from the specialties of the science of law and legal sociology and anthropology who started in the academic context in Colombia .
