Abstract
OASSARINO, ALESSANDRO. Contractual Terms Established by One Part and Protection of the Other in Mass Contracts: A Case in Classical Roman law. Rev. Derecho Privado [online]. 2019, n.37, pp.11-28. ISSN 0123-4366. https://doi.org/10.18601/01234366.n37.02.
This article deals with some legal sources of Roman law about contractual terms in letting and hiring of storages for commercial purposes. The main question is if the exoneration of liability indicated in the general contractual terms prevails on its modification due to the tolerance of the storage manager to the deposit of precious items.
Keywords : Storage Manager (horrearius); Letting and Hiring of Storages; General Contractual Terms (leges horreorum).
