This article aims to draw the attention of legal psychologists about what is known as human rights, fundamental pillar of social life. This is a description of what constitutes human rights and legal support as distinct from fundamental rights. On the other hand, notes the importance of explicit knowledge of human rights by legal psychologist and how you must articulate their work. Therefore, this work is sui generis, as lawyers say, while not the result of theoretical research on the human rights issue, nor is part of an empirical study. The basic claim is that legal psychologists familiar with the concept of human rights as established by international standard and its difference with fundamental rights.
