This article is the result of the historical evaluation of documents from the Family Archive Escobar Villegas 1870-1988; owner of the "Hacienda la Morela", located in the Municipality of Puerto Berrio (Antioquia - Colombia). This text is part of the final report of the thesis, developed in the form of organization sources to qualify for the title of historian. The documentation for this fund provides information on the economic history of the Antioquia region of Magdalena Medio, in terms of relations of production in the livestock sector. Therefore, the article describes the meat export business in this Treasury to some countries like Italy, Peru and Chile during the period from 1965 to 1968, headed by Raul Escobar Restrepo (1919-1988), son of Concepción Restrepo Jorge Restrepo and Escobar Chavarriaga, owners of the "Hacienda la Morela".
