Abstract

The Latin-American art in the international exhibitions in Europe and the United States during the 80's and 90's is analyzed in this article. After having studied three problematic points in the field of the regional art, diverse samples of exhibitions and their conceptual frameworks are analyzed here, determining the trajectory and variations during the studied period. Some questions about the way of thinking the artistic creation in the region according to the recent changes are open.
