This article summarizes, in an index of working conditions, the main results of a research, which wondered about the features of the work and employment of a group of 202 teachers from the city of Cali. It explored how such institutional adherence, and other sociodemographic factors, affect the working conditions of teachers, while wondering about the qualities of the teaching world in Cali.
