Abstract

The product is intended to expose the current state of public policy for the population with disabilities in the city of Tunja, based on the fundamental constitutional rights to employment, social security, and education. For this purpose, a normative study of each of these aspects was carried out, going from the general to the particular, to culminate in the public policy that develops the guidelines for the population with disabilities in Tunja: Municipal Agreement No. 0026 of 2011.
