Introduction:

The advance of technology goes hand in hand with the ways of developing strategies for learning; being the latter the most benefited because currently we are allowed to reach the learner from very friendly environments such as the EVA and the EVEA, considering that in our country there have been several studies about the use of the internet where through the INEC observed that as of 2015 the use of the internet reached a total of 50.5% in that year at the national level, thus allowing to analyze and investigate the applicability in the use of EVEA in educational institutions.

Objective:

is through the EVEA to provide help to all students in their education using Virtual Learning Environments, as well as analyze the development of teachers using EVA and ICTs in educational institutions as well as determine the degree of complexity they have teachers who are over 40 years old.

Materials and Methods:

To carry out this study, a qualitative research was carried out, where surveys, interviews and a field study were carried out to demonstrate the acting and the development of the teachers.

Results:

that were observed after the due tabulation is that the technological advance is a little complex basically in its handling on the part of the professors who were not born in the era of the computer science that is to say those that surpass the 40 years of age for which Conclusion is reached that to improve the use of the EVEA, constant training is carried out in the management of ICTs and not only in the use of Programs as Electronic Presenters.
