Abstract

RAMIREZ CARVAJAL, Diana; GUERRA MORENO, Débora  and  FRANCO RAMIREZ, Vanessa. The substantial codified norm in the education of lawyers of the 21st century and the imperative of the sustainable development goals (SDGS). Rev. repub. [online]. 2022, n.32, pp.143-178.  Epub Sep 18, 2022. ISSN 1909-4450.  https://doi.org/10.21017/rev.repub.2022.v32.a121.

The correct application of the law depends to a large extent on a good legal education, which must be reformulated around the new dimensions of global justice and the ODS, unmasking the emotional and ideological veils, inherited from the codifications of the 19th century.

This article highlights the importance of untying the history of legal education, strengthening the study of the process and the evidence for the judicial justice of the 21st century, which must revolve around the 2030 Agenda.

Strengthening procedural guarantees, deepening argumentation, epistemology, logic and philosophy, will lead the lawyer of the future to work for a healthy coexistence and a more just world.

Keywords : legal education; substantial law; procedural law; ODS; Agenda 2030.
