Abstract

ACOSTA SIERRA, Paola Helena. About the Processes of Reparation in Performative Works. Pensam. palabra obra [online]. 2017, n.17, pp.78-93. ISSN 2011-804X.

This research seeks to establish a theoretical bridge that would allow to transit between two worlds and two realities, the reality of stage arts (performative/live) and the reality of public social policy -which come together around a common social interest-, in order to generate knowledge that allows to define criteria for the design and implementation of public policies, which take into account approaches that are useful for establishing actions that would achieve the transformation of a deteriorated society regarding fundamental human aspects3. This research is the result of an inter- and trans-disciplinary process, where, in addition to an intersection of different disciplines, the space of art and the space of the social and social policy get intertwined, expanding our understanding of art and politics through the discovery of a performative dimension in social affairs and a political dimension in performative arts, in the field of art as a factor of social and political transformation.

Keywords : peace building; armed conflict; arts; construction of the social fabric; resilience; trauma.
