In this paper, it is generated an approach to a model of organizational management from which it is intended to analyze the capacity of human talent in order to achieve objectives, been these objectives, broken down into final and/or intermediate activities and outcomes that could be of tangible and intangible nature. In this order of ideas, the objective of the theoretical proposal of management model, is to show different factors derived from a series of dimensions such as human development, labor conditions, and productivity, in this way, there are the personal characteristics and the quality of life of the individual associated with the dimension human development; organizational design, with its different components in structure, organizational forms, definition of strategies, processes, communication, and human talent scenarios, in association with the dimension working conditions; and finally, production factors, such as land, labor, capital, technology and information, are shown as aspects related to the dimension productivity; all of the above, looking for competitive development for organizations. Thus, the analysis of human development, working conditions, and productivity, become into a theoretical exercise of support in order to construct indicators for the implementation of activities and outcomes under conditions established from the deployment and disaggregation of objectives, in conjunction with setting of goals that match the organizational requirements, all of the above, from a documental approach that implies the review of different authors considering the three dimensions object of study.
