The integration of BASC management systems and ISO and BASC is able to strengthen the management of the supply chain in road freight companies, however there have been delayed deliveries and loss of goods. This situation raises the question of whether these problems are the result of the integration of management system or due to other causes. The article explores the literature on integration of management systems and proposes elements from the field of management to control these problems.
