The article provides a reflection on inter-institutional coordination and articulation efforts, not only as a public policy action, but as an endeavor conceived from the perspective of a network of relations and dialogue processes, in constant interaction with the community that is the object of institutional accompaniment. To that effect, it analyzes the experience of the Inter-Institutional Committee in charge of providing social accompaniment to the beneficiaries of the Casas de Llano Verde Priority Affordable Housing Project in Cali, Colombia, a community made up mainly of victims of forced displacement.
