Abstract

This article is the product of the authors' reflection and bibliographic search, from their teaching practice in times of quarantine of coviD-19, mediated by the use of information and communication technologies. We refer to comprehensive training as a starting point to think about the educational process, the discussion about links and professional intervention, trends in intervention in virtual Social Work, the elements to understand the use of information and communication technologies in the education. Finally, we suggest some learnings and challenges as a result of the literature review and experience.
