The article discusses two discourses of power that emerge in the implementation of the Interlacing Strategy in the Subject of Collective Reparation of the Hinche Alto and Hinche Bajo villages of the municipality of La Palma - Cundinamarca. One of these speeches is linked to state power and in contrast to the attitude that emanates from female leadership, roots in the territory, and local autonomy.
