Abstract

The construction of an urban ethics that consolidates the coexistence in a historically excluding and unjust society, that in its different raising periods kept limits and unsaved barriers between citizens, who expressed in a cruel and recurrent violence that cities still suffer in multiple ways and does not allow to build a plural and participative citizenship and a just reality. This is appreciate through the absence or depreciation of the public space which is defined, not as the empty space between the buildings product of the urbanization, but as a meeting place, where the power showed, comes from the community that chooses its own destiny.
