Abstract

LOPEZ LOPEZ, Andrés Felipe. FORMAL LOGIC, TRANSCENDENTAL LOGIC AND MATHEMATICAL OBJECTIVITIES IN EDMUND HUSSERL'S PHENOMENOLOGY: AN ANLYSIS OF EXPERIENCE. Escritos - Fac. Filos. Let. Univ. Pontif. Bolivar. [online]. 2014, vol.22, n.48, pp.87-122. ISSN 0120-1263.

The topic of the following paper is, on one hand, Edmund Husserl's Genetic Phenomenology which is developed to a great extent in his work Formal and Transcendental Logic (1929), and, on the other hand, the so-called Transcendental Phenomenology in relation to the Kantian philosophy developed in the Critique of Pure Reason. The paper, thus, studies the problem of the origin of knowledge along with its justification and validity. The aim of the paper is to explain the origin of knowledge from the analysis of experience and/or intentionality according to Husserl's proposal. Bearing this in mind, references to logic and mathematics are frequent along the paper.

Keywords : Edmund Husserl; Transcendental Philosophy; Phenomenology; Logic; knowledge.
