Abstract

A 67-years-old woman with hypertension, obesity as previous diseases, presented to the emergency department due to cough, fatigue, fever, and dyspnea. ST-segment elevation was visualized during monitoring, troponin was positive, the coronary angiography was negative; the ventriculogram and transthoracic echocardiogram documented apical akinesia. The RT-PCR was positive for SARS CoV-2; the diagnosis was takotsubo-syndrome.
