Abstract

GOMEZ FRANCISCO, Taeli Raquel. Subject-object duality and its impact on law. Opin. jurid. [online]. 2009, vol.8, n.15, pp.115-124. ISSN 1692-2530.

Law is a social product and, as such, it should be rescatado de la participacion against human beings and the planet. This contradiction has been promoted since modern times, especially since the incorporation of subject-object duality which, on the one hand, ha dejado al sujbect -de derecho- and, on the other hand, has dejado a la cosa-naturaleza and everything which can be changed into merchandise within the capital scenario. Such critical activity, which makes a reflection on the law basis, represents a challenge for those lawyers committed to life.

Keywords : -social crisis; subject-object duality; law subject; thing.
