Abstract

With the objective of identifying what the future scenarios of automobile theft could be working by year 2014, as well as the strategies allowing for a reduction in the rate of this robbery specialty, the methodology of foresight as a tool capable of rendering accurate results visà- vis the generators of change components was applied. The relevant investigation revealed that inter-institutional work, criminal alternability, the application of technology Resumo Com o objetivo de identificar quais podem ser os futuros cenários que para 2024 apresente o roubo automotriz na Colômbia, assim como as estratégias que permitam reduzir a taxa deste crime, a metodologia da prospectiva como uma ferramenta capaz de fornecer resultados precisos aos componentes geradores da mudança para este crime é aplicada.
