The purpose of this article presents the design process of a Competence Management system aligned to the Uniagustiniana Strategic Planning, using the methodology described by David McClelland in three phases, baseline, competence development and process development. Obtaining as a result a complete description from the Strategic Planning from this Organization’s three Organizational Competences, three Specific Competences and Gap Processes detection, Selection and Performance Evaluation of Competencies.
