Abstract

YEPES, Cristian A.. Desarrollo institucional, intercambio internacional y regulación: aportes a la discusión sobre los TLC firmados por Colombia. suma neg. [online]. 2013, vol.4, n.2, pp.113-124.  Epub Mar 01, 2021. ISSN 2215-910X.

Trade agreements aim to find new markets and boost the economy in order to generate economic development, but many of the administrative processes are inefficient and threaten the country’s competitiveness. Competitiveness is key to meeting the challenges associated with the liberalization of markets, but at theoretically addressing this problem, it is found that the tools for efficiency in those markets are inadequate especially in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). In this paper we discuss, from a theoretical review, the relevance of institutional development, international exchange and regulation in the establishment of effective organizational management dynamics, understanding the dynamics as all administrative actions aimed at harnessing of internationalization, to meet the challenges of economic liberalization in Colombia.

Keywords : Trade Agreements; FTA; institutions; organizational management.
