Abstract

ARANGO SERNA, MARTÍN DARIO; PEREZ ORTEGA, GIOVANNY  and  ROJAS LOPEZ, MIGUEL DAVID. MODELLING OF THE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT INDICATORS. A SYSTEMIC POINT OF VIEW. Dyna rev.fac.nac.minas [online]. 2008, vol.75, n.156, pp.19-28. ISSN 0012-7353.

The model described in this article, pretends to measure, analyzer, evaluate and propose an improvement in industrial processes. Therefore this work is part of an empiric work of research which has taken place in the textile sector. The model shows in an empiric way the relationship between the internal functions of the production area in the company and its own ability to create production management indicators and company dynamics as a way to improve and innovate those processes. Finally, some relevant conclusions obtained in the two first steps of the empiric investigation, which have been already performed are also showed.

Keywords : management; production and control indicators; systems dynamics; simulation.
