Abstract

Plasma cell leukemia is a rare disease that accounts for 1-2% of all hematologic neoplasia. It is an aggressive disease with poor response to treatment and an average survival period of seven months. The case of a patient diagnosed with advanced primary plasma cell leukemia with markers of poor prognosis and treatment whose first symptom was back pain, which did not evolve in a positive way and ended in the death of the patient.
