Abstract

BARRIOS TAO, Hernando  and  ANTIYAR MURIEL, Fray Ronal. The Identity of Master and Disciple: Narrative Reading of Mark 14, 54.66-72. Cuest. teol. [online]. 2016, vol.43, n.99, pp.49-71. ISSN 0120-131X.  https://doi.org/10.18566/cueteo.v43n99.a03.

The narrative exegesis leads to the dialogue between text and reader, which makes possible to move from understanding the Bible to explaining it. The article suggests the dialogue between text and reader through a narrative analysis of Mark 14, 54.66-72, focusing on the narrative networks, plot and characters; and aiming for a coherent typology according to the Christology of the Gospel of Mark. The experience of the discipleship for both the implied and actual readers was and will be an experience related to the praxis of the Master.

Keywords : Biblical Narrative; Gospel of Mark; Text-Reader; Discipleship.
