Abstract

FERNANDEZ ALONSO, Eduardo. Capacity and Globalization: Where is the Ethics. Rev. Fac. Derecho Cienc. Polit. - Univ. Pontif. Bolivar. [online]. 2011, vol.41, n.114, pp.167-180. ISSN 0120-3886.

In a world where the overwhelmed power of global market and multinational companies has considerably deteriorated the sovereignty of the poorest countries, the issue of skills ranks as a support for the assertion of individual rights. It is questionable whether individual and collective ethics, as well as the concept of fairness and equity of transnational corporations are evil or even nonexistent.

Keywords : skills; social contract; global market; economic inequity; rights.
