Tax evasion affects to the detriment of the basic needs of the people in Latin American countries (López, 2014). Through the present study carried out in the city of Monterrey, N.L., at the north of Mexico, is investigating the aspects that influence the contributory ethics, using a sample of subjects of the population who emitted their concepts individually and then on the group. Finding that inherited genetic behavior is among the motives for the fulfillment of the current citizen, but has changed in a pragmatic way to comparison of previous generations, With which stands out new ways to address the lack of ethical contributory in the population; promoter of tax evasion.
