In these reforms it is pointed out the response through an analysis, orality in the Colombian-Venezuelan labor process within the humanization of justice, for which the legislative history of the labor process reforms are described and the procedural principles are identified in the labor legislation of the Republic of Colombia and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
