This paper studies the logico-mathematical structure linked to set-theoretic mere-topology (STMT), inasmuch as this structure is the gnoseological core of neoliberalism. In this context, we analyze the logico-mathematical components of such structure, viz., mereology, topology, and set theory in opposition to the dialectical notion of totality as a means to sublate the political and gnoseological consequences derived from the assumption of such logico-mathematical device. Likewise, we establish a relationship between STMT and phenomenology, which permits analyzing some inconsistencies related not only to the logico-mathematical structure of STMT, but also to the implementation of the phenomenological intentionality and the subsequent eidetic law of dependence.
