The phenomenon of corruption is present in various public and private spheres. This article seeks to describe how corruption and judicial corruption are being perceived by society, especially in Latin America. For this, a comparative analysis of Peru, Mexico and Colombia is carried out. The research method used is of a socio-legal nature: it starts from the social problem of corruption and connects it with the administration of justice.
