CUBILLOS VEGA, Carla. APPLIED ORGANIZATIONAL ETHICS. CASE STUDY OF A SOCIAL SERVICES ORGANIZATION IN SPAIN. Innovar [online]. 2018, vol.28, n.67, pp.111-121. ISSN 0121-5051.  https://doi.org/10.15446/innovar.v28n67.68616.

Studying the organizational ethics of a social services organization is of the utmost importance, given the public role of this type of organizations in society. Such study can be performed by analyzing the structure and behavior of an organization on the basis of its organizational ethical principles, where different values coincide: individual, professional and organizational. The goal of this paper is to introduce a case study in which the ethics of a private social services organization in Spain is analyzed, identifying its ethical management model. For this purpose, this work follows a qualitative approach based on participant observation and in-depth interviews techniques. It also explores some elements that articulate the study of organizational ethical culture and the ethics applied to social intervention. This research allowed identifying implicit and explicit shared values that operate across the studied organization and how they affect its operation.
